”SEBASTATSINER” Educational Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) is a non-profit (non-commercial) organization based on voluntary property payments, which pursues educational, cultural, scientific, charitable and other public purposes.
The Foundation operates in accordance with the RA Constitution, RA legislation, RA international treaties and this Charter.
The Foundation operates on the principles of legality, volunteerism, self-government and publicity.
The Foundation operates in the whole territory of the Republic of Armenia. The Foundation may operate in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and in foreign countries in accordance with the legislation of those countries.

The goals of the Foundation
- Unite the efforts of Sebastatsis and the residents of Armenia for the implementation of educational, cultural and local area studies projects
- Unite the capabilities of Mekhitarist Schools and their graduates for the implementation of educational, cultural, local area studies projects and programs
- Support “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational Complex to carry out its statutory objectives.
- Assist “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational Complex of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia in improving its building and property conditions, acquiring educational equipment and literature, organizing sports, cultural, educational events
- Support students and teachers of Yerevan “Mkhitar Sebastatsi “Educomplex to develop republican and international exchange programs and establish educational bridges, to disseminate the pedagogy of the educational complex and acquire the best practices of others
- Organize recreation for students and employees of “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational Complex
- Organize camps and ecological, local area studies, research activities for students
- Support to publish manuals and educational materials authored by the employees and students of “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational Complex, found mass media (including electronic) publications
- Assist the graduates of “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational Complex with scholarships and grants.
- Provide transporting of students and teachers who have chosen the author’s educational program, implemented in “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational Complex , Yerevan, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia
- Assist diligent students to implement business projects and programs.
